I am trained in a variety of both Western and Eastern modalities including Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Acupressure, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Energy Work, Aromatherapy, General Health Education, and more. Additionally, I provide a warm, cozy, and safe environment to ensure that you can relax while we work together to help both your body and your mind during our sessions.
